- Partnered with GLO to stabilise the Feishu Contract CLM programme, resolving priority issues and improving user experience across Global Legal.
- Led the redesign of the trademark application process with IP Legal, cutting a 15-day SLA to a targeted 3-day turnaround.
AI
- Co-designed and launched an AI-powered Legal HelpDesk pilot for EU Commercial Legal, enabling faster self-serve responses and reducing Legal effort.
Data & Systems
- Built legal dashboards and stakeholder query pages with real-time reporting and heat maps, giving business stakeholders self-serve visibility into Legal demand.
- Developed an integration between the Commercial team's intake system and the Ad Trading team's tracker, creating shared visibility during high contract volume.
- Designed and built the auto-populating outside counsel repository for BytePlus Europe Legal, replacing manual tracking with a single source of truth.

- Supported the Director of Europe Legal in a chief of staff capacity, covering operational leadership, strategic planning, and senior stakeholder management.
- Sourced and designed communication-focused leadership training; built integrated reporting dashboards for EU Commercial Legal leadership.

Delivered large-scale legal matters and operational process design across a portfolio of clients, spanning project governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
